The full-sized statue sits at the Old North Bridge in Concord, Massachusetts, the site of “The Shot Heard Round the World” as coined by Ralph Waldo Emerson. This location is widely recognized as the site of the beginning of the American Revolutionary War, where local farmers took up arms to protect their town and ultimately freedom.
